The controller does not make decisions by automated means or carry out profiling as referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Catalogue email measurement

We send catalogue emails through Brevo. Individualized links record opens and clicks, their time, and their association with the message. If you have given marketing consent, a pixel records identifiable opens. The legal basis for identifiable measurement is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. The legal basis for anonymous, non-person-linked statistics is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Brevo stores transactional email statistics indefinitely by default; when an account exceeds 10 million email events, events older than 24 months are deleted after a seven-day buffer. You can withdraw consent or object to anonymous measurement using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting info@fenedo.com.
